This is inside a large hall of a modern Community centre.VIBE: licenced event: Absolute quality Food & Drink market, not just a cake and pie event. Business producers/sellers of food & drinks. Some kitchenalia / foodie related items possibly considered. All indoor.
We would encourage sampling for customers to try!
TIMES: SUNDAY Open to buyers 11am to 3.00pm
- Trading: must be set up ready for opening and not pack up before 3.00pm
- Set up/pack up: Hall will be open from 9.30am until 3.30pm
- Ramp access through main doors so perfect for trolleys, also step access through fire door directly into main hall.
PITCH
- Cost £20 per pitch, per date. (Payable on booking to secure). This is non-refundable.
- There are 16 plots at this event.
- Size: Plots are 8ft x 6ft, Although plots against a wall have a small allowance of space between each, you must allow access to your own, on your own plot. WANT MORE THAN ONE PLOT? Will discount, ring me
- CENTRE PLOTS are perfect for shelving units and maximise your presentation area, more so if you're happy to stand too to engage with your customers.
- PATHWAYS; are generally 5ft wide all the way round.
- TABLES & CHAIRS: are available at no extra cost. ALL REQUIREMENTS will be confirmed 1 week prior to event. Tables are 6ft x 2.5ft.
- ELECTRIC: Some plots have electric points, the once in the centre DO NOT. Please ask otherwise. PLEASE no trailing cables/trip hazards.
- POSTERS/BANNERS on walls. Thats OK if it's Blue tack or similar, NO PINS OR STAPLES please.
- RUBBISH: Please take your rubbish home with you.
ALCOHOL LICENSE: I will be obtaining a blanket licence for this event.

I have a facebook Ad as well as a printable poster. Please email at hbhcrafts@aol.com and happy to supply for you to utilise/ print and distribute yourself. The more the merrier!!
Refreshments: The centre has a kitchen facility, you can make yourself something to drink.
